You can arrive at the hotel by driving from the intersection of the Otani Highlands road to the Cat's Museum and take a 30-meter turn at the Shin-Shinkan Store. At Izu Dog Pension Kotobuki Base, you can taste dishes made from Izu specialty seafood such as golden eye abalone, abalone, and lobster. The hotel has a dog walk and the dog can have fun inside.
