The house is simple and reasonable room. Near the CHIBA university, among student stay long. There is a space accommodate up to 3 people and also daily necessities. The best room for accommodate between friends. There are 3 free parking lots, it's convenient for people with lots of luggage.
The surrounding of the room are beautiful and close the small park. There are various restaurants and supermarket within 11 minutes on foot.

Room location on the 4th floor.
11 minutes on food to the station. Only [range/toaster/pot] is in the kitchen, and the public refrigerator cannot be used, please use the refrigerator in the room. The toilet/bathroom/washing machine are common use in the same floor. Please turn off the light and the air conditioning in the room. When you check out, please close the window and put the key in place.
