From Seibu Chichibu Station (Seibu Chichibu Line): Take a Seibu Chichibu bus bound for Sadamine and get off at the Kinshoji bus stop (25 min).
By car: Exit the Kan-etsu Expressway at Hanazono IC and continue along Route 140 for about 30 km (about 50 min).
