A new Japanese style resort inn. You can see beautiful Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi from all rooms, gardens and open-air baths.
Dinner is served in the guestrooms for parties of 4 guests or fewer, and in the dining area for parties of 5 or more.
Breakfast is a buffet served in the restaurant.

Shuttle service is available from Kawaguchi-ko Station from 14:30. Please call the hotel after arriving at Kawaguchi-ko Station.

Pick-up
From Kawaguchiko Station (14:30-19:00) *Shuttle service available for 1 or more persons. The shuttle bus cannot wait for guests at Kawaguchiko Station, so please contact the hotel for pick-up after arriving at the station (English or Japanese OK).
Drop-off
To Kawaguchiko Station (8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:15) *Shuttle service available for 1 or more persons. Reservation must be made at hotel. Notes about shuttle service:
Shuttle service is not available prior to check-in time, and is not available for late arrivals which overlap with dinner time (17:00 or later).,Dinner cannot be provided for guests who check in after 19:00, and refunds for dinner cannot be made even in such cases. Please take careful note of this as there are no restaurants or dining facilities within walking distance of the hotel.

Groups of up to 4 guests will be served dinner in the guestroom. Groups of 5 or more guests will be served dinner in a private dining room. Please note that requests for in-room dining cannot be accepted for groups of 5 or more guests. For breakfast, a buffet will be served in the restaurant.

- Drone aerial photography is prohibited on the grounds.
- Photography in the large communal baths and bathing in swimsuits is prohibited.
