Please check in by 18:00. (As it takes approx. 180-210 min by car from New Chitose Airport, please check the time required when using public transportation.) For guests arriving past 18:00, please be sure to notify the accommodation facility. Dinner will not be served for guests who arrive late without making a notification.

Bookings for solo guests are not accepted. Even if payment is received for 2 guests, accommodation is not allowed for solo guests. Thank you for your understanding.

Please notify the hotel in advance for food allergy requests. (Requests may not be accommodated for same day requests or depending on the menu.)
Please refrain from same-day meal requests for Infants reserved as not requiring meals.
For guests who have difficulty walking, please contact the hotel in advance as this establishment has many raised/uneven surfaces.
