From Mishima Station (JR Tokaido Line): Take the Izuhakone Railway bound for Shuzenji and get off at Shuzenji Station (about 35 min). Then take a Tokai Bus bound for Heda and get off at the Heda bus stop (about 50 min). It is about 25 min on foot from there.
By car: Exit the Tomei Expressway at Numazu IC and continue along National Route 136 for about 30 km (about 40 min), then Prefectural Route 18 for 20 km (30 min). Head towards Heda Bay and Cape Mihama.,*Notice of Repair Work
