Shonin Yudachi is a Japanese spa hotel that is located a 13 minute walk from Tachikawa Station. The hotel is especially known for having a large natural public bath, a relaxing sauna, and offering exquisite dining. The hotel's traditional Japanese-style guest rooms are clean and relaxing and equipped with TV's, electric kettles, a tea set, and more amenities. Inside the hotel is also a charming Japanese bar, a banquet hall, and a coin laundromat.

An additional accommodation tax is charged in Tokyo. Guests are required to pay JPY100 per guest per night if the room rate per night is between JPY10,000 and JPY14,999, or JPY200 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY15,000 or greater. For some rooms, this surcharge is not included in the total rate and must be paid at the hotel.
