Guesthouse Seiryu Kibako was built in 1927, making it about 90 years old. The historic building - a pre-war commerce building that has been kept until now - is designated as a registered tangible cultural property, as well as an important resource for the townscape planning of Ome City.
The guesthouse features a cafe that also holds mini concerts, workshops, painting exhibitions, and more, and which also serves as the shared space for the guesthouse. Guests can use the venue to hold study groups, parties, and more while they stay.
Guest accessible areas: Aside from the host residence, all areas are basically accessible. However, please be aware that the Japanese-style room that is designated as a registered tangible cultural property is delicate and has areas that are easily damaged.
