Hatsuhana was fully renovated and reopened on September 11, 2022, offering every guest room with a private open-air hot spring bath. “A luxury immersed in the sound of water and soothing hot springs” The property features a variety of bathing experiences, including in-room hot springs, two large public bathhouses, and four private baths with distinct atmospheres. Guests can enjoy a full onsen-hopping experience within the hotel. “Gentle, liberating moments in every guest room” All rooms are designed for comfort and functionality, each equipped with a private open-air bath fed by the hotel’s natural hot spring source. Surrounded by seasonal greenery, guests can unwind freely while listening to the sounds of nature and immersing themselves in a deeply relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are crafted to help guests feel at ease, offering a warm and natural setting for a peaceful stay. The hotel’s concept is “a quiet moment that fulfills both mind and senses.” The scenery of Mount Yusaka changes with the seasons, days, and even hours, while the gentle sound of the Soun River enhances the sense of tranquility. With attentive yet unobtrusive hospitality, guests are invited to feel at home and relax naturally. This serene environment offers a luxurious experience that soothes both mind and body, engaging all five senses. Dinner features an original modern kaiseki cuisine that incorporates Western influences. Carefully prepared using seasonal ingredients, each dish is designed to delight both the body and the senses. The essence of Japanese cuisine—seasonal colors and the rich aroma of carefully crafted dashi—brings a sense of joy and elegance to each plate. Guests can enjoy a refined dining experience where thoughtfully paired beverages complement the exquisite dishes.
