The closest major airport is Tokyo Haneda Airport (HND), located approximately 85 kilometers away. From Haneda, you can take the Keikyu Line to Shinagawa Station, where you can transfer to the Tokaido Shinkansen (bullet train) heading toward Odawara Station. This scenic train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once at Odawara, hop on the Hakone Tozan Line, which will take you directly to Hakone-Yumoto Station, where you can catch a local bus or taxi to Myabi Ashinoko, located along the tranquil shores of Lake Ashi. Alternatively, if you're arriving at Narita International Airport (NRT), the journey will be slightly longer but equally rewarding. From Narita, take the Narita Express to Tokyo Station, and then transfer to the Tokaido Shinkansen toward Odawara. The total travel time from Narita to Myabi Ashinoko can take around two and a half to three hours, depending on connection times. Upon reaching Odawara, follow the same route via the Hakone Tozan Line to Hakone-Yumoto, and then continue your adventure with a bus or taxi ride to the beautiful Myabi Ashinoko.
