For meals, guests can enjoy Japanese-style kaiseki cuisine prepared with seasonal delights from Lake Hamana.
One of the dishes the lodging hopes guests will try is their kamameshi rice prepared with the local specialty eel.
The fluffy and fragrant eel rice can also be prepared as hitsumabushi (grilled eel on rice).
The lodging provides dining locations to suit guests every need, including a Japanese restaurant with horigotatsu seating and a sweeping view of Lake Hamana, a private room-style restaurant, and more.

From Hamamatsu Station (JR Tokaido Shinkansen): Take a bus bound for Kanzanji Onsen and get off at the Hamanako Pal Pal bus stop (about 45 min). It is about 2 min on foot from there.
By car: Exit the Tomei Expressway at Hamamatsu-nishi IC and continue along for about 8 km (about 12 min).,*Notice of Smoking Ban in Some Guestrooms
