From Nagoya Station (JR Tokaido Main Line, Tokaido Shinkansen): Take the JR Tokaido Main Line and get off at Toyohashi Station. Then take the JR Iida Line bound for Tenryukyo and get off at Tenryukyo Station. It is 20 minutes by taxi from there.
From Iida Station (JR Iida Line): 30 minutes by route bus or taxi.
From Tokyo Station: Take the JR Line to Shinjuku Station. Then take the JR Chuo Main Line bound for Matsumoto and get off at Chino Station. From there, take a Hirugami Onsen (hot spring) direct shuttle bus (85 min, fare applies).
*Reservation is required in advance for the shuttle bus to Hirugami Onsen. Please contact the hotel and make reservations via email after booking.
