芦辺港から車で5分に位置し、約500mの真っ白な砂浜とエメラルドグリーンとコバルトブルーのコントラストが美しい清石浜（くよしはま）まで、りとまるハウスからは徒歩1分。水平線から昇る太陽を見ることができます。海水浴シーズンでも人は少なく、シーズンオフには、サーフィン、バードウォッチング、ビーチコーミング等も楽しめ、九州郵船のフェリーやジェットフォイルを沖合いに見ることもできます。冬場にはカモメの大群も飛来。ビーチでのんびりしたり、アクティブに楽しみたい方には最高のハウスです。ハウスの2階からは、海が眺められるので、海のコンディションも確認できます。テラスには、BBQコンロがあり、壱岐の食材で極上のBBQを味わうことができます。
リビングには、プロジェクター、大型スクリーンを設置。（ Netflix,Youtube視聴可能）
