The 5 restaurants and bars dish out a variety of food prepared with an abundance of local ingredients. The wildly-popular and variety-packed breakfast menu served daily features about 50 items prepared astutely by the islander chef.
At the large communal bath, ground water is drawn up from under Ishigaki Island and purified until it is ultra soft. Ultra soft water is pure water that is rid of impurities, and is safe and potable even for babies.
