Boasting a free, private reservable hot-spring bath, full French course dinners and free Wi-Fi throughout the property, the completely non-smoking Parterre is a 10-minute taxi ride from Izu Kogen Station. Rooms offer sea views. The air-conditioned rooms at Parterre Pension are simply furnished with a TV, a mini-fridge and a private bathroom. Free toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. Children under 12 years cannot be accommodated at this property. Izu Shaboten Koen Park is a 25-minute walk from the pension, and Pake Ippekiko is 2.5 km away. On-site parking is free. Diving adventures can be arranged for a fee through the hotel, with pick-up at the front door. Guests can also enjoy the hotel’s green grounds, and luggage can be left at the front desk. Breakfast is a French-style set menu that includes a croque-monsieur open-faced sandwich, salad, fruit, and homemade yoghurt. Guests eating dinner at the property must check-in by 18:00. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.
