Opened after renewal with a brand new name after celebrating it's 100th anniversary in September 2013.

From Mishima Station (JR Tokaido Line, Shinkansen): Take the Izuhakone Railway bound for Shuzenji and get off at Izu Nagaoka Station (20 min). Then take a bus bound for Numazu Station / Mito Sea Paradise and get off at the Kona Onsen Minamiguchi bus stop (6 min). It is 1 min on foot from there.
From Izu Nagaoka Station: 4 min by taxi.
By car: 40 min after exiting the Tomei Expressway at Numazu IC.
