A 350 sq. meter lawn, fenced for kids' safety. Parents can keep an eye on their kids while relaxing on the deck. The lawn is taken care of weekly and is beautifully maintained.
Pets-friendly property (whole lawn is a dog run, fully fenced).
A large gazebo to enjoy BBQ even in the rain.

大浜海水浴場の近くにあるレンタル物件のなか、最もモダンで充実した設備や施設レンタルVillaの一つです。
大自然の中ですが、吉佐美大浜まで平坦歩行10分程度の好位置。
山や森林に囲まれ、夜には満天の星空、夏には近所の小川に蛍が飛び交う自然豊かな場所です。隣に家が数件ありますが、距離があり、プライバシー性が高い場所。外のデッキでBBQしながら音楽を聴いたりすることができますし、お連れのお子様のはしゃぎやワンちゃんの鳴き声は気にする必要がございません。
親はガゼボデッキでくつろぎながら子供の安全を見守ることができます。
芝生が敷き詰められた350平米の平坦な敷地は安全のためにフェンスで囲まれていますので、お子様やペットが敷地外に出れないようにしております。
ペットのドッグランにも使用可能です。
歩いて10分のところでカフェやレストランがあり、また車で5－10分の距離にはスーパーやコンビニ、ドラッグストアがあり、非常に便利です。雨の中でもBBQができるように、大型ガゼボを設置しています。
BBQグリルの用意もしております、ゲスト様に炭や食材を調達するだけ。
キッチンや生活用品、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープは一式揃っています。
