Check-in is not possible after 06:00 PM.
Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hours is not allowed.
Children 7-12 years old will be charged 70 % of the adult price.
Children under 7 years old will be charged JPY 1080 per child per night when using existing bedding.
Guests who come to the property by car need to take Yashima Drive way to reach the property. Yashima Drive way is closed at 10:00 PM.
Important information
Check-in before 03:00 PM is not allowed.
The last shuttle bus service is available at 04:37 PM at JR Yashima station and 04:45 PM at Kotoden Yashima station. The taxi will be available after that time. Booking a taxi in advance would be preferable.

Pickup service is provided at the following times on guests' request only:
- 05:30 PM from JR Takamatsu station
- 08:10 AM from Hotel Bokaiso
The time cannot be changed. To request the service, please email the property at least two days in advance of your arrival. Pickup location will be replied to guest email.

Booking with meals or bringing your food is preferable as no restaurant nearby.
Having meals in the property requires advance booking.

There is no vending machine or shop on the site.

The property is accessible via the Yashima Skyway, available to all drivers before 10:00 PM, and to only toll pass holders after 10:00 PM.
Please check-in by 09:00 PM to get the tool pass. To access the reception, obtain an entry ticket at the gate of Yamagami parking lot then walk the side road which is located on the left side of the parking exit.

There is no elevator.
Smoking is not allowed.
For children, JPY 1,080 will be be charged per night.
Public bath is not available.

Meals at the property are needed to reserve in advance. Dinner is 4400 yen per person.
Please note that the property’s gate is open until 10:00 PM and check-in is not possible after 10:00 PM.
