Please enjoy traditional Japanese food preparing with seasonal ingredients. Meals (both breakfast and dinner) will be served in your guest room. However, if your group is using multiple rooms during your stay and you wish to all eat together in one place, a private dining room can be arranged.If there are any foods that you cannot eat due to allergies, dislikes, or any other reasons, please inform us in advance. The hotel will do everything it can to respond to your needs.

We regret to inform that this particular ryokan does not admit children of elementary age and under (including infants), except for spring break, summer break and winter break (not including the year-end holiday period). We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and ask for your understanding on this matter.

As the large communal bath is located in the West Hall, guests in the East Hall will need to come down to the lobby and use the West Hall elevator.

A bathing tax of JPY 150 per guest will be applied separately from the booking charge. Please make necessary payments in cash at check-out.
Guests with bookings of the dinner included plan must arrive at the hotel and check in by 18:00. Guests arriving later may not be served dinner, or their bookings may be canceled in which case a cancelation fee may be incurred.
