This villa is located on the east coast of Awaji Island, a short walk from the ocean and the opportunity to witness a breathtaking sunrise each morning. We have convenient private parking for 2 vehicles within a 2-minute walk, making it easily accessible by car.
The property has a bbq deck equipped with the Weber electric grill an outdoor BBQ deck with outdoor shelter so that you can enjoy an outdoor grill even on rainy days.
The surrounding area offers many beautiful views and sightseeing spots, allowing you to fully relax and immerse yourself in nature. It also has easy access to local restaurants, izakayas and convenience stores so you need not worry about being stranded during your trip.
The room can accommodate up to 5 people with 5 sets of futons provided. The attic loft can also be used for playtime with the futons.
A spacious outdoor area with BBQ eqiupment is also available, perfect for families with children or hosting gatherings with friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, kettle, induction stove. The living room features a TV as well as a TV in the bathroom.
For long-term stays and remote working, desk, two sofas, and Wi-Fi are available.

The east coast of Awaji Island is a beautiful coastline designated as Setonaikai National Park. The area offers beautiful scenery, rich nature, and numerous cultural heritage sites.
First, the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge Memorial Park is one of the most popular tourist attractions on the East Coast. From this park, visitors can enjoy a beautiful view of the Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge up close. The park also has a lot of playground equipment and a grass square, which is popular with families.
Next, there is a large outlet mall called Awaji Yumebutai. Here, visitors can find a variety of products, including fashion, food, and sundries, making it a popular place for tourists to buy souvenirs and go shopping.
Also on the east coast is the "Yutaka Ozaki Memorial Museum. Yutaka Ozaki was an artist active in the Japanese rock music scene, and there are exhibits introducing his music and life.
Finally, there is a fishing port called "Sumoto Port" on the east coast. Here, fresh seafood is available for sale, and you can taste the local produce.

We have prepared a parking spot for 1 car 2 minutes from the property on foot.
