This is a traditional Japanese-style, cypress-made inn located in the heart of Kyoto. It has an old feel and has quiet surroundings. Guests are met with polite service. The seasonal the traditional, elegant Japanese kaiseki dishes are exceptional. Please note that the latest possible start time for dinner is 19:00, so the ryokan asks that guests check in by this time. Guests who will arrive later than 19:00 are asked to contact the ryokan (in advance, if possible).

Starting times for dinner is available for between 18:00 and 19:00. We ask that guests notify the lodging for arrivals that will be later than 19:00. Please carefully note that dinner will not be provided for guests arriving at a late time, and that refunds cannot be offered in such cases. We appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation on this matter.
*Guests of the same group are recommended to make bookings at once. Guestrooms may not be allocated together if bookings are made at separate times.
*Dinner will generally be served in the guestroom. Groups of different guestrooms may be able to dine together if a dining room can be arranged on the day.
