If you don’t do this, we could charge you 3000 yen because our cleaners have to wash and separate again. In this case, we would send you the pictures of garbage. When you check in, we explain how to separate garbage with samples. After introductions, it’s not too hard. Please don’t worry about this.
【About Insect】
We do our best to prevent insect infestation by regularly performing monthly insect treatments. However, on rare occasions, infestation can occur during a guest's stay due to the opening and closing of front doors and windows.
