After regular cleaning, we disinfect each part of the room (keys, door knobs, switches, remote control buttons, tables, etc.). Also feel free to use disinfectant in the room .
New, clean, modernized and spacious machiya . Located 1 minute away from Sanjusangendo and Kyoto National Museum. Approximately 15 minutes walk from Kyoto station, 17 minutes walk to Kawaramachi , and ideally located for visiting various other popular temples The local station also has a direct train link to Osaka.

This spacious second floor of a 90 year old Machiya (traditional townhouse) with balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a traditional Japanese home.

Our Machiya is located just seconds away from the hugely popular Sanjusangendo temple, as well as the infamous Yogen-in temple and the majestic Kyoto National Museum. Yet our property sits within a quiet and local neighbourhood.

Our place was renovated and decorated with comfort and tradition in mind. We are sure you will have a peaceful and restful stay.

There is a small balcony that overlooks the garden at the back of the house.

The neighbouhood is very quiet (and we ask guests to respect this). There are some great restaurants and coffee shops in the area. In fact almost exactly next door is a local okonomiyaki restaurant called "Yoshino" - the locals will tell you it's the best okonomiyaki in Kyoto!
With Sanjusangendo, Yogen-in temple, Chishaku Council Hall and Kyoto National Museum just a minutes walk away there are a variation of attractions for you to see.

We are within walking distance to the centre - Gion area is 15 minutes walk, Kawaramachi area is about 17 minutes walk - and many other popular tourist attractions are also easily accessible.

Shichijo metro station is just 5 minutes walk, which is perfect for getting a ...
