Parents and their children may share a bed only if the child or children are 5 years of age or under. Children's age will be verified by checking their passports at check-in.
Guestrooms have a maximum allowed capacity, so be sure to enter the number of children when booking.

Regarding Meal-included Plans:
Guests who make bookings for plans with dinner and/or breakfast included should note that refunds will not be issued even if the meal plan is cancelled upon arrival to the hotel.
- Guests with reservations that include dinner: After 20:30, guests will be counted as no-show, and dinner will not be provided. In that event, refunds cannot be issued.

Regarding Check-in Time:
Customers who have made dinner reservations at the hotel should check-in by 19:00.
The hotel may be unable to serve dinner to customers arriving any later. Note that no refunds will be issued even in this case.

If guests do not contact the ryokan and fail to arrive, even in the event of a natural disaster, their reservation will be cancelled. In the event that guests cannot arrive at the designated time due to a delay or cancellation of their flight, a delay in other transportation, or an emergency situation has occurred, please make sure to contact the ryokan via email or phone.
