※There is no parking area in the house. We recommend to park pay parking nearby.
In order not to disturb your daily life, provide a completely private space, after the check-in, the small butler will not enter the hotel. We will be on hand to answer your questions online, if necessary, on-site service, at irregular hours but you can get in touch at anytime via the agoda messaging app.

We do not provide housekeeping services during your stay.
You can walk to Kyoto station (about 10 minutes) and easy access to Osaka!! You can see the famous Higashi Honganji Temple in about 2 minutes on foot. At night, you can enjoy a variety of Kyoto and Japanese cuisine while walking around Kyoto and around the Kyoto station while watching the beautifully colored Kyoto Tower.
The Kamo River is also within walking distance, so you can enjoy the relaxed Kyoto while watching the murmuring of the river and the beautiful scenery.

【HOUSE RULE】
・Check-In : After 3pm ／ Check-out: Before 10am
・There is no daily house keeping service. And only 1 set of towel will be provided per guest per stay. If you need any assistance, please contact us before.
・The townhouse is located in residential area, so please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. And all parties and events are prohibited.
・Smoking is prohibited.
・Pets not allowed.
・Please turn off all electronic devices when you check-out.
・To prevent the spread of COVID-19, wash your hands often with soap and water.
