This is a resort hotel surrounded by nature where guests can enjoy the jungle onsen (hot springs) of Oku Dogo Gensen (fountainhead of a hot spring), the taste of fresh Setouchi dishes in the elegant banquet room, and a buffet-style dinner the whole family can enjoy.
The hot spring baths here have plenty of water drawn from the high quality spring source of Oku-Dogo. Enjoy skin-beautifying water at this famous natural hot spring. Relax and treat yourself to one of the largest open-air baths in western Japan featuring beautiful panoramic views surrounded by nature. Guests can also take in the seasonal views of Mt. Sugitate which is on the other side of Ishite River from the hotel.
The cherry blossom season lasts from late March to early April, and the autumn colors are visible from late November to early December.
[Hot Springs]
The large open-air bath here is one of the biggest in western Japan with an area of 1,508 sqm. from which bathers can enjoy the beautiful valley and Ishite River. There are 7 baths each for men and women. The simple alkaline sulfur springs here have a pH of 9.4 and are great for cleaning the skin leaving it feeling smooth.
