From Gokan Station (JR Joetsu Line): about 30 min by taxi at around JPY 4,000.
By bus: From Gokan Station (JR Joetsu Line) or Jomo-Kogen Station (Joetsu Shinkansen), take the bus bound for Sarugakyo Onsen (about 30 min) and get off at the last stop, Sarugakyo (about 30 min). 5 min on foot from there.
By car: Exit the Kan-etsu Expressway at Tsukiyono IC and continue along Route 17 for about 12 km heading towards the Niigata area. From the Sarugakyo intersection, head straight for about 700 meters. There will be a large hotel signboard on the right hand side.,,,,
