The spring of 1961 marked the beginning of this ryokan, which was formerly a small restaurant. The staff here strive to serve fresh, delicious food which is the most important part of Tokiwaso's hospitality.

From Tanigashira Station (JR Kitto Line): About 20 minutes on foot, or about 5 minutes by taxi.
By car: Take the Miyazaki Expressway to Miyakonojo IC.

 

Tokiwaso classifies itself as a 3.5 star hotel.
