The space
The 2nd floor is an accommodation space. The entrance, bath, living room, bedroom, kitchen, toilet, washroom, etc. are all private.
On the first floor of this building, there are bar and activity room. It is always locked for security. The owner will unlock it according to your reservation.

During summer season, BBQ grills, tarps, and chairs are available for rent free of charge.
Please contact me in advance.
Please do not BBQ after 9 pm because the neighborhood is a residential area.
Please prepare foods, grill net, charcoal, tableware, spoons and forks, etc. by yourself.

Skis and snowboard boards can be placed on the stairs between the outside and inside entrances.

Skis and snowboard boards can be stored in the dry room located in one corner of the activity room.
[Clothes dryer]
There is one dryer for clothes in the the activity room. It is shared with guests in Building No. 2, so please use it considerately.
