The lodging prides itself on refined and creative kaiseki cuisine prepared with an abundance of ingredients sourced from the Shinshu region, as well as its open-air baths with waters flowing from the natural hot spring source.

From JR Nagano Station, Zenkoji Exit: Take the Nagano Electric Railway bound for Yudanaka to Yudanaka Station (about 40 min). It is about 30 min on foot or about 8 min by taxi from there.
By bus: Take the Nagaden Bus Line bound for Shibu/Kambayashi Onsen to the Shibu Onsen Iriguchi bus stop (about 8 min). It is about 1 min on foot from there.
By car: Exit the Joshin-etsu Expressway at Shinshu-Nakano IC and take Route 292 for about 10 km (about 15 min).
