This is a 400,000 square meter private zone that juts out into Beppu Bay. It is equipped with a golf course, and guests can enjoy both field and marine sports.

From Kitsuki Station (JR Nippo Main Line): About 20 min by taxi. Alternatively, take an Oita-Kotsu Bus bound for the Kitsuki Bus Terminal and get off at the Kitsuki Bus Terminal. Then take an Oita-Kotsu Bus bound for Kunisaki and get off at the Sumiyoshi-hama Iriguchi bus stop. It is about 15 min on foot from there.
By car: Exit the Oita Airport Road at Kitsuki IC and continue along Prefectural Route 664 for about 5 km (about 5 min), then along National Route 213 for about 10 km (about 10 min). Look for the hotel signboard.
