From Nakatsu Station (Nippo Main Line): about 60 min by car or 90 min by bus.
From Bungo-Mori Station (JR Kyudai Main Line): about 15 min by taxi at around JPY 3,500. Or, about 30 min by bus.
By car: Exit the Oita Expressway at Kusu IC and continue along National Route 387 and Prefectural Route 28 for about 15 min (about 150 meters from Hitome Hakkei observation deck).
