Ryokan Daimonjiya - Nanyo Description
A nostalgic lodging in the Tohoku region. This long-standing establishment opened its doors during the mid-Edo period, and has granted vacancy to Ino Tadataka - the creator of the first surveyed map of Japan - during his journey, and was also a regular choice of stay for Nitobe Inazo (a Japanese diplomat) following the start of the Meiji period.
