It has Japanese-style rooms and free Wi-Fi at the lobby, a 30-minute drive from ski area Hunter Mountain Shiobara. Located in the heart of Shiobara-Onsen Town, Ryokan Yamaguchiya is a 3-minute walk from Ashiyu Park and Shiobara Monogatari-kan. The Momijidani Otsuri-bashi Bridge is a 15-minute drive, while golf courses Kinugawa Kogen Country Club and Shiobara Country Club are both within 10 km. JR Nasu-Shiobara Station is a 35-minute drive. A Japanese dinner is served in the privacy of the guest room, while guests can enjoy a Japanese breakfast at the dining room. Rooms have a tatami (woven-straw) floor and a low table with seating cushions, while guests sleep in traditional futon bedding. All rooms have an LCD TV, a fridge and yukata robes. Guest can unwind in an outdoor public hot spring bath with garden views, or reserve a hot spring bath for private use. In summer, they can go fishing or swimming in the river, while skiing is nearby in winter. The hotel has free parking.
