From Niigata Station (JR Jo-etsu Shinkansen): Take the JR Hakushin Line train bound for Toyosaka / Shibata and get off at Toyosaka Station (about 20 minutes). About 20 minutes by taxi from the South Exit.
By car: Exit the Ban-etsu Expressway at Yasuda IC and continue along Route 290 for about 18 minutes (20 km).
