From New Chitose Airport: At the New Chitose Airport Station, take the JR Muroran Main Line to Noboribetsu Station. Transfer to a bus bound for Noboribetsu Onsen (Ashiyu Iriguchi) and alight at the Ashiyu Iriguchi bus stop (about 25 min).
By car: About 6 km (about 15 min) from Hokkaido Expressway Noboribetsu-higashi IC.,- Duty-free items are available for purchase at the hotel shop. Guidance on making purchases is provided in the shop. Feel free to make use of it.

There is a free shuttle bus service from the north exit of Sapporo Station and New Chitose Airport to the hotel.
