This newly built single-story resort house is within walking distance of Taito Beach, a favorite spot for families, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The 80㎡ terrace, the largest among Kan-do properties, features a roofed barbecue area. In summer, you can stay cool in the shade, while in winter, vinyl curtains and a fire pit keep the space cozy. No matter the season or weather, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and mountains in comfort. At night, the illuminated palm trees create a magical atmosphere on the terrace, ideal for relaxing and chatting.
