The space
A spacious 3 bedroom apartment, each bedroom is equipped with 2 semi-double beds.
One room is completely private, while the other two are separated by sliding doors. However, each room has its own private entrance, ensuring privacy for each resident.
The dining room is designed with a luxurious white-based decor. Relax in the calm ambience created by well-placed lighting and unwind from your travels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with various cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare your own meals.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we ask guests to bring their own oil, seasonings, and other food items.

Guest access
Guests are free to access everything except for the staff-only linen closet. Additionally, since we use a keybox self-check-in system, you can easily check in to your room without any hassle of a front desk.
As it is a self-check-in process, after your reservation is confirmed, we will send you an online guestbook to fill in. Please be sure to fill it in, as according to the accommodation regulations in Japan, it is mandatory to register and submit for all guests. Kindly provide the required information.
After completing the submission, you will receive the keybox passcode and house manual 2 days before check-in.

Other things to note
STRICT ADHERENCE TO CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT TIMES
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is until 10:00 AM.
If you wish to arrive early or depart late, please be sure to contact us in advance. In the absence of prior notice and failure to adhere to the specified times, charges will be applied on an hourly basis.
SAVE ENERGY AND WATER
When you leave the place, please turn off the lights, air conditioner, and make sure that all water taps are closed.
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
NO LOUD GATHERINGS / PARTIES
The property is located in a quiet residential area. Please be considerate to the neighbors and KEEP YOUR VOLUME DOWN, especially AFTER 9PM.
If we receive complaints from the neighbors, we will have to ask you to leave, regardless of whether you have other accommodation arrangements.If this is to occur, please understand that as this is an infringement on your part, we will not be able to provide any refund. We appreciate your understanding.
TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF
Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering.
TOILET
Please do not flush anything else other than toilet paper.
In particular, do not flush tissue paper or plastics, as it may clog or damage the toilet pipes.
SECURITY
Japan is renowned for its safety, but sadly just like anywhere else there can be crime.For your safety, please lock the door when you are inside, and close the windows when you leave.
We cannot be responsible or liable for any personal injuries, or the loss of your personal belongings and valuables.
KITCHENWARE/AMENITIES
*Cooking utensils are provided, but please bring your own seasonings, oil, and other condiments for hygiene reasons.
Feel free to use the cooking utensils, kitchenware, glassware, pots, and pans.
We ask that you clean the dishes and place everything back in its original location before you leave.
