The tax will be charged per person per night based on the accommodation fee: 5,000 JPY to 15,000 JPY per person per night: 200 JPY tax 15,000 JPY to 20,000 JPY per person per night: 400 JPY tax Over 20,000 JPY per person per night: 500 JPY tax Some room rates do not include the accommodation tax, and guests may be required to pay it separately at the front desk.
