From Namba Station (JR Line): about 5 min on foot or 8 min by taxi at around JPY 1,000 (as of June 2016).
From Namba Station (Nankai Line): about 3 min on foot or 5 min by taxi at around JPY 800 (as of June 2016).
From Namba Station Exit 25 (next to Namba Royal Host): about 1 min on foot. Turn left at Royal Host and head straight, and the hotel will be on the right hand side.
