I'm particular and a living room and a bedroom are designing the whole room.

2 double beds, mattresses and sofa beds are installed in about 40 square meters of open room.
The restroom is separate from a bus and there is a sink.

The room most suitable for 2~~5 guests.
I'm comfortable in the room with simplicity and poshness, and it's quiet and you can have time comfortably. It's apparent to be able to like it.

You can use all amenity goodses for free of charge.
Please use freely. I'm preparing many wonderful amenity goodses for a lady.
The pocket Wi-Fi is practicable for free of charge.

An apartment is about 6 minutes on foot from subway Awaza station.
Near, Naniwa, Shinsai-bashi and Umeda (Osaka) will be the location most suitable for Osaka sightseeing in Universal Studios Japan.

I'll have everybody of a guest stay overnight, and I offer you the best service in order to be glad.
