You can also easily reach this room from Kansai International Airport!

You can spend a wonderful time in a high-class stylish interior, as this room has gone through a full renovation. There are 2 fluffy beds, a fluffy sofa and a dining table so you can stay with your family and friends comfortably ^^

A. Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.
Q. Why are the prices different from what I calculate?
A. The total price is based on this.

Q. What is the deposit?
A. You will not be charged at the time of (URL HIDDEN) If you break or lose anything in my room during your stay, you will be charged up to the deposit amount.
Q. Can I invite my friends to the room?
A. No one except the guest is allowed to enter. The reason is that it is an accommodation like a hotel, so if it is discovered that someone other than the guest has entered the room, it may be violated the law and the administration may point out and it is possible to have the operations suspended. A. I do not restock the room amenities and daily use items during your stay.

A. You can leave your luggage before check-in after 11:00am.
Q. Is late check-out possible?
A. Late check-out is not available. Cleaning needs to be arranged for the next customer.
There is a coin locker around the station for luggage, so please use that.
Q.Does your accommodation allow pets?
A. I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is not a pet friendly accommodation.
Q. Is this accommodation licensed?
A. This accommodation is licensed by Japanese goverment. Under the law, you have to fill out the information form for all of the guests.
It is also required to upload the photo of your passport if you do not have Japanese address.
Q. Can I smoke in the accommodation?
A. This accommodation is non-smoking. Even if it is electric cigaretts, It is not allowed. If you smoke, please do on the balcony and close the door while you are smoking.
Q. Is the WiFi unlimited?
A. We provide a pocket WiFi. It would not be a problem if you use normally but if you watch videos a lot, it might be limited. I would recommend to bring own WiFi for business use or remote classes.
Q. Will I get a refund if I change the number of guests from my reservation prior to checking in?
A. If you have more than 7 days before check-in, you will get a refund, but if you have less than 7 days before check-in,
the cancellation policy will be followed and no refund will be given. Thank you for understanding.
Q. Will I get a refund if the number of days is shortened after booking?
A. If you have more than 1 month before check in, you will get a refund, but if you have less than 1 month before check in,
you will get a 50% refund according to the cancellation policy. No refunds will be given if check-in is less than a week.
