FAQ:
-What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is 3 PM, and check-out is (before) 11 AM.
※Early check-in is only possible when there is no guest before you, and depends on if the cleaning is already completed. For guests wishing to check in earlier than 3 PM, please send me a message the day before you check in.
Unfortunately, I do not allow late check-out. Thank you for your understanding.
-When I calculate the price, it's different from what agoda shows me - why?
There are 3 factors that play into the price:
1. Daily rate*# of days+additional number of people's price
2. Cleaning fee
3. agoda service fee
The prices fluctuate depending on a variety of factors, such as the season or if there are any events, etc.
-What is the security deposit?
I do not charge you the security deposit at the time of (URL HIDDEN) However, if during your stay, something is broken or missing, I will ask you to compensate from within that security deposit.
-If you have any other questions, within 48 hours of your check-out, I will receive a notification from agoda so we can discuss your questions with agoda customer service.

※ Please try and follow Japanese manners while staying. (If you can not follow those guidelines, you may be forced to leave even during your stay).
IMPORTANT:
After confirming the reservation, we will send you an IMPORTANT guide on how to check-in and a description of the room, so please be sure to check the message thoroughly.
You may not be able to use the internet while heading to your room to check-in. In order to avoid trouble in such a case, please take a screenshot using your smart phone or print out the check-in guide.
The garbage is disposed of after being collected all at once. Please separate your garbage according to Japanese separation rules and put it in the designated area in the house.
Since the cleaning is done by a contracted cleaning company, if you stay beyond the check-out time without notice and the cleaning is cancelled, I will ask you to pay an additional cleaning fee. The fee for extending your stay after the check-out time is 2500JPY per 30 minutes.
1. The check-out time is strictly 11 AM.
※Even if you are still in the room, the cleaning personnel will enter the room and start cleaning up without any notification.
2. After 9 PM especially, please lower your voices and try not to be loud.
3. Before you enter the room, make sure you take off your shoes; shoes are strictly prohibited in the room.
4. During your stay, if something breaks or goes missing, I will ask you to pay an additional fee.
5. Letting anyone else in the room who isn't a staying guest is prohibited.
6. Smoking in the room is not allowed. Please smoke on the balcony.
7. When you leave the room, please remember to turn off the AC, lights, TV, other electrical appliances, and close the windows.
8. Since my room isn't a hotel, please clean up after yourself (cleaning is only done before and after your stay).
9. When you check out, please return the wifi device to its original position.
10. Please do not flush anything in the toilet other than toilet paper.
11. If you break anything in the room, please contact me immediately.
12. Sending something to my room via services like Amazon is prohibited.
13. Please remember to confirm you have all your belongings when checking out. If I find it after you leave, it is possible to ship to you but it will incur high costs.
14. If you leave anything after check-out that cannot be disposed of regularly, I will ask for an additional cleaning fee (such as a suitcase).
15. Dyeing your hair in my place is prohibited.
16. Please do not take anything home with you. If you accidentally take something home, please send it back immediately. In case you take it home, it will count as losing an item and a fee will incur.
17. Please do not organize a party in my room.
18. Pets are not allowed.
19. When leaving the room, remember to lock the door.
20. Please do not lose the key. If you are worried about losing it, you can return it to its original position before leaving.
※In order to prevent any misunderstandings and problems, please confirm there aren't any broken things when you arrive. If anything is damaged or malfunctioning, please let me know immediately.
※If during your stay something breaks or becomes slightly damamged, please contact me immediately. Depending on the situation the damage fee will change, so please understand.
【Policy regarding changing dates after confirmed reservation 】
We cannot help you to reschedule for dates that are completely different from your originally booked dates (IE dates are not included in the original reservation, for example 6/10－6/15→6/16-6/20）
If your travel plans change and you wish to change your reservation schedule , the cancellation policy will apply in originally (URL HIDDEN)
After your reservation confirmation and up until one month before check-in, it is possible to prolong your stay. However, in the case of shortening your stay, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
If you shorten your stay a week or shorter before your check-in dates, a 100% cancellation fee will take place, and thus I cannot provide any refund. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter.
【Special Discount】
Infants and children under the age of 2 (up to 1 year and 11 months) are free, children over the age of 2 will be charged the same as an adult. ※But if there are 2 children under 12, one of them can stay for free. (In cases when there are 2 children both from 2 years old to 11 years 11 months old, not including children age 12 and above.)
