There is a spacious free parking lot and you can park up to three cars. It’s a very unusual for an accommodation to have such a large parking lot like this in Otaru. You can park large size cars.

Please make sure to check the manual for the information about the parking spots and make sure to park your car in the designated space. If you park your car in the wrong place, it can cause trouble with the neighbors, so please read the manual carefully.

In the Summer time, you can view the ocean and fireworks of the summer festivals. This location has such a fantastic view.

There is snow removal service on the street, so you don’t have to worry about your car getting stuck in the snow.

Please make sure to tighten the faucet. If you leave the water running, it can cause many problems.There was a guest who left the water running before and it caused a disaster.
