It is a whole-house rental with 3LDK (three bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen). There are four single beds, three futons, and one sofa bed, accommodating up to eight guests. A private kitchen is provided, allowing guests to enjoy cooking. At night, the beds and Japanese-style room can be beautifully illuminated. A home theater is available, allowing you to watch Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and more.

Starting April 1, 2026, an accommodation tax will be introduced in Hokkaido. The tax is based on the accommodation fee and is charged per person per night. The tax rates are as follows: Over ¥20,000: ¥100 ¥20,000 to ¥50,000: ¥200 Over ¥50,000: ¥500 Additionally, each municipality may impose an extra charge of ¥100 to ¥2,000 per person per night on top of the Hokkaido accommodation tax. The accommodation fee includes the room charge and service fees, but excludes meal charges and consumption tax.
