All-inclusive System The hotel booking charge includes all orders at the bar and cafe during the stay, as well as drinks and other amenities in the guestroom. Note: Smoking is permitted in the guestrooms, but not in any other area of the hotel. Bath tax: JPY 150 per night must be paid separately. About Child rates: 3 years old and above: Meal only and/or bedding only bookings are not accepted. 2 years old and below: May stay for free with no meals and no bedding provided. About room types: Among customers who book river-side rooms, those with walking difficulties, the elderly, and those with young children will be provided with appropriate guestrooms which can be accessed without using the stairs. Please make a request if you have any other guestroom preferences. Please choose one of the following times for breakfast: 8:00, 8:30, 9:00 or 9:30 Please inform us of your planned check-in time. If any elementary/primary school age children are accompanying your group, please inform us of the genders and ages of said children.

From Otaru Chikko Station: About 20 minutes by bus. A free hotel shuttle bus is also available from the station (reservation required).,
