From Tazawako Station (JR Akita Shinkansen): Take a Hachimantai Line bus bound for Shin Tamagawa Onsen and get off at the Shin Tamagawa Onsen bus stop (about 70 min). It is less than 1 min on foot from there.
By car: Exit the Tohoku Expressway at Morioka IC and continue along Route 46 from Morioka to Tazawako for about 40 min (39 km), and then on to Route 341 from Tazawako to Shin Tamagawa Onsen for about 60 min (40 km).,Both dinner and breakfast are usually offered as a buffet style.
