Check-in
-Check-in is available from 15:00.
-Dinner can be served from 18:00 or 18:30, but cannot be served right after arrival (all dishes are homemade, and require time for cooking). Please arrive at the hotel by at least 18:00.
-Staff cannot speak foreign languages, including English.
-If leaving the hotel after arrival, please return by 23:00. If returing any later, please contact the hotel staff at 022-376-5153.

Meals
-Requests regarding food allergies, religious dietary restrictions, vegetarian menus, etc. cannot be accommodated. *Menus including allergies can be omitted from the menu if requested in adavance.
-Bringing in outside food and drinks to the restarurant and banquet hall is strictly prohibited.

Bath
-The large communal bath is available until 0:00 midnight.
-Guests with tatoos may not enter the communal baths.
-The reservable private bath is available from 15:00 - 23:00 (additional charge of JPY 1,080 applies. Reservation required at least 1 hour in advance).
