Moreover, the fireworks display over Lake Suwa, one of the largest in Japan, is truly breathtaking. In summer, beautiful fireworks adorn Lake Suwa, creating a spectacle. Please note that fireworks cannot be viewed from inside the facility; we encourage you to enjoy them by the shores of Lake Suwa.
Constructed by Ichijo Co., Ltd., "Markvilla Suwako" was completed in 2021. Despite being within walking distance from JR Suwa Station, it is an unstaffed accommodation facility located by the shores of Lake Suwa.
The accommodation room, exceeding 70 square meters, features a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area of about 20 tatami mats with a 75-inch large TV. It also includes a luxurious bedroom with two double-size beds and a relaxing Japanese-style room scented with tatami, allowing up to 8 guests to stay comfortably.
