From Toba Station (Kintetsu Line), Exit 1: About 25 min on foot; about 5 min by taxi.
By car: Take the Ise Expressway and continue along the Ise Futami Toba Line to the Toba Exit. Then take Route 42 for about 4 km (about 10 min).
